Review

This is a gorgeous book cover!

What we get inside the pages is equally as beautiful.

It's dark and haunting, yet engaging and powerful.

I loved every bit of Oliva Hardy Ray's words.

A great second book!

Virtual Book Tour: Silent Whispers by Tami Urbanek #blogtour #interview #giveaway #nonfiction #newage @RABTBookTours @tamiurbanek

Nonfiction-New Age
Date Published: August 31, 2019

 photo add-to-goodreads-button_zpsc7b3c634.png

Tami, Tina and Andrea continue their travels seeking, and finding, deceased children who have been tortured through human experiments—and need to cross over. What they were not entirely expecting to encounter were other individuals and their profound control. Fewer children would speak of their human abductors, but instead speak of others—ones who could potentially do even more harm. Along the journey, these three women also encounter beautiful beings of compassion and love who offer a light guiding them to the unseen. Through that, the power within is palpable and abundant.

Interview

What is the hardest part of writing your books? Getting the content down because it feels like a mess. It’s not until I begin editing/shaping it that I feel good about my writing.

What songs are most played on your Ipod? Pink!

Do you have critique partners or beta readers?

What book are you reading now? Wild Rose; Dialogues with an Old Man (published by a dear friend in Greece-this version is in English, however)

How did you start your writing career? I just started writing. That’s it.

About the Author

Tami works with people across the United States and Europe as a medium connecting people with their spirit guides and beings of compassion and wisdom. Through this work, Tami can offer life guidance and direction to those seeking an understanding to life's (sometimes) difficult questions.
She also writes books based her own experiences~most recently in assisting traumatized children in crossing over.

ng"> PI Red Farlow is on the hunt to find $300 million a Florida insurance executive has bilked out of family and friends.

Woody Cunningham stashed the money in safe havens around the world before disappearing. Has he been done in by one of his enemies? Or did he skip town with his girlfriend to live off the ill-gotten wealth? If that’s the case, where is he?

Farlow must quickly learn how and why people hide their money in offshore accounts if he's to find out what happened to Cunningham.

When a tough guy from Farlow's past resurfaces, wanting to settle an old score, Farlow discovers he also has links to the missing man. Clues lead him across Georgia and Florida, and Europe, to find the answers.

Is Woody Cunningham dead, or just rich and gone?

Excerpt

(Chapter 1)

Chadwick Woodrow Cunningham once gave me a fine cigar. Like the man, the smoke looked classy, robust, and expensive, but it left a foul aftertaste I couldn’t shake.

Born into a wealthy Atlanta family, Cunningham excelled in his education, achieved success beyond imagination, and exuded confidence in everything he did.

His friends regarded him as outgoing and smooth with the ladies. They hailed him as a moneymaking smart guy. Others saw him as impetuous and unfaithful to his wife. The people who invested in his bogus funds regarded him as a cheat in business.

What the hell. Chadwick Woodrow Cunningham had life by the ass, everyone agreed. But on a football Friday night near a small South Georgia town, his life changed forever.

He disappeared.

Someone hired me to inquire about some missing money—nearly three-hundred million dollars—entrusted to Mr. Cunningham. By happenstance, my investigation started a few weeks before he vanished. I soon learned what transpired that evening and how people who knew him assessed Cunningham’s mood in the days before then.

One thing became apparent. As influential and exceptional as Cunningham thought of himself, people valued the money he stole far more than the man.

Running through cities is a part of my exploration. As I run I see, interact, build images that I put together in my poetic interpretive responses, my poems. I write on the run with a pad I carry.

I recall my impressions as I finish. I recall moments as reminders pop up in my mind. As if to see in words my views of the world of people and structures around me. Hopefully others will relate to my words and receive something similar in vision and intensity as I experience.

With only boys on the team, she faced bullying and ridicule. Finding an injured, abandoned dog proved to be her salvation. Together, the girl and the dog set out to face this daunting challenge.

A STORY OF COURAGE, STRENGTH, AND SPIRIT.

Dedicated to every Child that has ever been Bullied.

 photo Awards_zps70zurwzz.png

About the Author

I wrote this story “If I Could Run” to tell my experience of being bullied when I was a Sophomore/Junior in high school in 1958/59. It was such a humiliating, depressing and agonizing time in my life. I can remember it so clearly 60 years later. Bullying is still so active in today`s society. However, I believe it is even worse with social media being so available. When I was going through my bullying experience, I could at least find peace and security at my home after school and on weekends. Now, social media allows a person to be bullied twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. My story tells how I was able to get through this horrible experience.

A movie producer picked up my story and together we produced the movie. Because we had the opportunity to have an up and coming young female star play the lead role, I changed the main character to be female instead of male. The movie is filmed on my farm, at my high school and in my town where the actual bullying occurred so many years ago. We entered it in film festivals around the country and it was received very positively, winning many prestigious awards.
