I love the theme that what we are looking for isn't always what is best for us. Nyla goes on a vacation with one plan in her head, but fate has other plans. The journey for Nyla and Liam is a beautiful one and the way J.A. Pierre has written their story makes it easy for the reader to become invested in them as characters.
