In the suburbs of Chicago, Jayceon and Leah were all set to start their new lives together as husband and wife. In Jace, Leah thought she married the perfect man until she accidentally stumbles across his deleted secret that quickly turns her sanity, and their marriage, upside down. The night before Jayceon marries Leah, he hits the record button on his iPhone when the curvaceous dancer—Jessica Fox—from his bachelor party makes her way back to his hotel suite. Soon after, the nasty recorded mistake comes back to haunt Jace, and the stripper, in the worst way possible. The life Leah planned with Jace rapidly spins out of control when she becomes obsessed with the X-rated video, and the girl in it. Leah will do whatever it takes to right her new husbands wrong, even if it means getting rid of Jessica Fox for good . . .
INTERVIEW
What is the hardest part of writing your books?
I would have to say the hardest part of writing my books would be the constant editing and changes. I would love to enjoy my books without obsessing over every word.
What songs are most played on your Ipod?
90s music! I love current songs by artists like Megan Thee Stallion and Drake, but not more than the music from artists such as TLC and SWV from back in the day.
Do you have critique partners or beta readers?
I didn’t use one for this project, but I will work with a beta reader on future projects.
What book are you reading now?
I’ve been so busy I haven’t had the chance to read like I would like to, but I have new books from Carl Weber and James Patterson on my Kindle to start.
How did you start your writing career?
I’ve been writing since I was a teenager, but I started taking it seriously in 2008. After reading a Mary B. Morrison book, I knew I wanted to write and create, hoping to make someone feel the way her work made me feel. From there, I haven’t stopped.
Tell us about your next release.
My new family drama book series is called Dark Waters. Book one releases on June the 6th. Dark Waters is about a respected law family in Philly with plenty of money, love, hate, and drama.
