What is the hardest part of writing
your books?
The pictures books are very easy to
write. The hardest part is to ensure they have the right readability score for
the target audience.
For my YA Speculative Fiction novels,
the hardest part is always editing and revising. It’s a lot more fun to write!
What songs are most played on your
Ipod?
I listen to all the trending songs on
TikTok because I’m obsessed, but mostly I listen to audiobooks.
Do you have critique partners or beta
readers?
I have a small team of beta and ARC
readers. I guess my editor is my alpha reader.
What book are you reading now?
I’m reading the newest book in the Crave
Series by Tracy Wolff
How did you start your writing career?
After many false starts, I finally put
pen to paper when I participated in the 2019 edition of NaNoWriMo. The pandemic
provided me with the time to edit and publish not only that first novel, but an
entire series called The Evers Series. Since then, I’ve published
three to five books per year.
Tell us about your next release.
My latest release is a collection of creepy
YA short stories titled Ghost Stories. Not true horror or
paranormal, I’d say they are mostly creepy! I’m currently working on new series
in my Travelers Universe. The first book should be ready to
release in April 2023.
