Leading, big or small, is challenging and demanding, but with sincere conviction and passion, leaders change their world for the better. You can change your world. This is the story of a bodyguard who lived long, ago. Nehemiah, the bodyguard to King Artaxerxes, proved that anyone can make a big difference when they step up to the plate and accept the challenge to change their world.
Briefly describe a few key points from your book.
Principle-driven leadership is critical to long-term success both for the leader and the organization. Methods come and go, principles withstand the test of time. Leaders emerge form unlikely places when necessity calls. Anyone with the humility to learn and the tenacity to stay the course can become a proficient leader. If anything is to move forward, someone has to step forward and take the lead. Leaders will always experience opposition, and, if they do not, they are likely not doing much.
